• Zola Bakes ships all orders throughout the United States using FedEx.
• Orders are only shipped nationwide, using FedEx 2day shipping and FedEx standard overnight, Monday- Thursday.
• Once a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel your order. 

GUARANTEED FRESHNESS

All of our cookies are sent using overnight or two-day service. During the summer months, our cookies may be packed with an ice pack to ensure the quality and freshness of our products during transit. The ice pack helps the product stay cold during transit and may be defrosted by the time your package arrives.

Color may vary slightly from photographs shown as our products are made by hand.

RETURNS

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, Zola Bakes does not accept returns.
• If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@zolabakes.com with photos description of the issue.
